Service Description

Discuss a potential Supported Living Services referral and learn about the next steps. This consultation is for individuals, families, Regional Center service coordinators, and IPP team members who would like to discuss a possible Supported Living Services referral. We will review general information about the individual’s needs, goals, service area, authorized supports, and preferred schedule to determine whether Cal4Autism may be an appropriate match.
